Here we go, just continue I will talk to you in staying with that rhythm at first you might feel just a little bit lightheaded like exercise we’re gonna bring more oxygen into your bloodstream

It’s gonna work its way to your brain as you let go of control with the brain your body will relax and then the breathing rhythm is gonna get easier so just continue that’s right staying right with it let your body relax as deeply as possible with each breath if you can just let the mind just let it go stay focused right with the breath this is an act of meditation that’s why it works so successful in our culture many cultures because it helps neutralize the brain and our brains tend to be overstimulated sustained right with the breath again letting the physical body relax

so many of you are already starting to feel energy it’ll feel like a tingly sensation a buzzing sensation as the oxygen flow stimulates the hypothalamus gland which starts to release endorphins stimulate the other glands or chakras so you’re doing really well stay with it really let the physical body relax deeper

but the breath even go deeper now taking 10% more air start to pull the motions up any stuck energy in the pelvis around the sexuality around the emotions any stuck energy in the lower back possibly around money feelings of not being supported just pulling that energy of old experiences old thoughts pulling it up pulling that energy up through the heart chakra one more minute of nice deep breathing this is where we start to really get the payoff here so stay with it

letting the physical body really expand now let the energy move all the way through it vibrating cleansing clearing

if your body feels stuck if your throat feels stuck someplace within in the physical body feels stuck you can make a sound maybe a loud yell or laugh just to help it clear and as you maybe go ahead and laugh we will complete five minutes of breathing actively and now you’ll start to shift the breathing into the nose if that’s more comfortable or just one long inhale through the mouth so and just relax now we want to recharge let the mind go to nothing just be present relax deeper just pulling in light with each inhale allowing the body to sink deeper into the place that you’re laying relaxing for one more minute and as you’re relaxing here just let a big smile of gratitude move through the body but your heart open for all that you are for all that you have in your life for all the love that’s present within you couple more deep inhales

and now I will start to complete this seven-minute breathing meditation for your spiritual practice you can start to come back now slowly bringing your awareness back to your physical body
