I hope you had a powerful experience with the guided meditation.
Some people find it can bring up some difficult stuff for them. If that was true for you just know that such difficulty can also be the beginning of rapid positive changes in your life.
Now that you’ve been through the experience, it’s important to incorporate the insights and lessons you received into your daily life. This can be done in one of several ways.
First, if you haven’t already done so, I suggest you write down the answers you received. To the three questions I asked you at the end of the meditation.
Just to remind you the three questions or one, what do you need to know? Or do to be even happier in your life?
To what have you been putting off or avoiding that you really need to attend to? entry? What’s the dream you’d like to accomplish before you really die?
These questions are always good to ponder, but perhaps you got some intuitive answers to each of them during the meditation.
If you did, then write those answers down now.
If in the event you didn’t receive any particular answers to those questions during the meditation, then consider asking them again right now.
Just take a few moments and ask each question one at a time until you get any kind of intuitive answer that feels helpful to you.
I suggest you do this now because if you don’t do it right now, you’ll probably never happen.
So stop the session and write down your answers.

Once you have answers written down, the next step is to try to incorporate their wisdom into your daily life.
Often people overlook such a step and the result is someone who knows what to do, but doesn’t do what they know. You don’t want to fall into that trap.
So let me give you a couple of examples of how you might make sure you take action on what you’ve learned.
For the sake of an example, let’s say you wrote down an answer to the question, What do I need to know? Or do to be even happier in my life?
Let’s say your answer was to, quote, not work so hard, and tell my mate and kids more frequently that I love them, unquote.
Well, those are nice sentiments. But unless you have some way of making sure you follow through, it may not happen.
So to make sure it does happen, you might try setting up a daily reminder on your smartphone, or maybe a post it note on your office desk to leave by 5pm no matter what.
Alternatively, you might ask a friend to check in with you in a month to see if you’ve made any of these changes.
