As we continue to breathe, let’s draw our mind to today’s affirmation. I am adaptable. I go with the flow. I accept changes and I turn obstacles into opportunities. What a powerful affirmation. This is. Can we take a moment to inhale an awareness of our ultimate ability to adapt to change. Perhaps as you exhale, you draw your mind to a circumstance in your life as it is now, where you are comprehensively adapting to a shift.

How did you move through the change with grace and presence?

When we are adaptable in means that we cannot be knocked off balance because we plant our feet in a strong foundation and we move with the changes that occur within us. I am adaptable. I will continue my journey of ever-changing circumstances, but remain strong in my foundation of strength.

Ah, become deeply in tune with your capacity to grow stronger with each challenge and more mindful with each moment, draw in a connection to your ability to go with the flow.

Today’s affirmation is I M O aligned. Let’s begin with a nice, deep inhale. As we align our body by rooting down in our sit bones, activating the core connection, lifting and lengthening through the lumbar spine and softening the shoulders down the back. Acts hail out. Anything keeping you out of complete alignment in your body, your heart and your mind

I AM Ambitious

I set high goals for myself and achieve them purposefully.

As you began to take a knife. Deep heart filling, inhale. Feel grounded on your sit bones and allow your palms to turn face up on your needs. Beginning to stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system, which calms us down and keeps us present.

To move toward our goals, purposefully, compassionately, and intentionally fail your lungs and your mind with a personal goal, you’ve set for yourself. I remain upright and steady in body and mind.

I invite you to find a comfortable and relaxed position that allows you to completely surrender to this. Breathe in a willingness to slow down to eliminate the overactive mental activity that can cloud our presence,

And inhale today’s affirmation. I am balanced. And as you close your eyes and turn your attention inward, can you feel a profound balance? Within yourself. Can you balance an overactive mind with a quiet, calm, and peaceful heart?

Can you balance your overstuffed to do list? With an equal amount of celebration for your accomplishments. Large smile.

When we experienced balance, we feel utterly complete. We feel the yang and the yang as the energy flows through our body, keeping us present and connected.

We balance the peaceful, calm part of our being. So imperative to presence and connection with the vibrant and passionate part of our being so imperative to action and creating, keeping your eyes closed, draw your attention to how it feels to be in balance.

Uh, I am balanced. I will create an equal amount of joy, happiness, and play to balance out my hard work and my endeavors.

When we are balanced, we can move powerfully and energetically through our life. When we are balanced, we are less likely to fall down or to move backwards. Rather we rise tall. In this moment, feeling that balance of safety and energy of compassion and passion and the ultimate balance of the beauty and divinity of our soul with the humanity.

Of our person being balanced allows us to accept who we are in this moment, even as we evolve to the highest version of ourself. So let’s take one more inhale together. And may you move through the day? With the right amount of balance and a profound connection to wellbeing.

I AM Centered

I focus on my breath and stabilize my emotions.

Let’s begin together with a nice deep inhale.

When you reached the top of your breath, become the conscious, but passive observer of your thoughts. And as you exhale, what thoughts are you allowing into your mind?

Continue to breathe. As we contemplate today’s affirmation. I am centered. I use my breath to connect to the core of my being and to stabilize my emotions. So as we breathe, we get deeply in tune with this moment in time and, uh, we can practice. Becoming centered when we are centered, we feel a flow of alignment with our very own core values, and we can utilize the power of our breath to physiologically and mentally stabilize our emotions.

Inhale. I am centered. I am not the victim of my thoughts or my emotions acts hail. Rather I choose to focus on my core values and feel grounded and rooted at my center. When we take nice, slow, rhythmic breaths, it actually sends messages to our brain to calm ourselves down. It stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for slowing us down in curating that sensation of centered.

Calm tranquility. Can we breathe into that feeling of contentment,

taking a few moments today to just practice step one of becoming centered, and that is observing any moments that may come up in our day. Where we might feel out of alignment. It might feel like resistance or constriction when that sensation or anxiety shows up, close your eyes, come back to your breath and allow the power of your breath to quiet your mind, open your possibilities, stabilize your emotions.

And center your focus. One more breath together.

When you reach the top of the inhale, get grounded in whatever makes you feel centered and exhale.

Simply surrender the rest and enjoy the beauty of this gift of a day.

I AM Committed

I understand the value of hard work and pursue my goals relentlessly.

Tall comfortable cross-legged seat. And perhaps begin by bringing one hand to your powerful heart. And one hand to your core. As you close your eyes, begin a strong inhale, connecting to these beautiful energies. Centers in your body. When you reach the top of the inhale, filling the lungs and opening the heart.

Can you begin the ax Hale by drawing your navel in, toward your spine and connecting to your center? As you breathe in, you are breathing into your heart. And your faith and your purpose. And as you ask hail, you are connecting more powerfully to your core. Continue to breathe in this manner. As we focus our attention on today’s affirmation, I am committed.

When we move into commitment, we are naturally honoring our own. Self-worth when we commit to ourselves, we rise into an absolute desire to feel our best and to do our best. Can you begin to ask Hale any cluttered thoughts? That may occupy your mind, preventing you from connecting to your personal commitment and then on your next inhale, breathe in a nice, deep inhale and ask yourself an important question.

What am I committing to today?

Acts Hal and continue this breath cycle. When we become aware of what our commitments are, we can fine tune them to serve us on a deeper level. What we commit to is defined by our daily habits. So can we ask ourselves, am I committing to activities and people. A value. Am I committing to daily habits and daily mindsets that elevate me if the answer is yes, keep breathing and keep acting in flow.

If, perhaps you notice in this meditation that you often commit your energy, your time and your attention to situations, activities, or people that weigh you down. Can you inhale a commitment to up level that choice?

And then acts hail out and the attention that you’re giving away that would be better spent in a deeper devotion to self care, continue to breathe. You deserve your own attention and you require your own commitment. So as you continue to move through your day, Remind yourself to commit most importantly to your own wellbeing and the activities that support it.

I AM Compassionate

I move with consciousness and care and practice self-forgiveness to love myself as I am.

As you find a nice tall open-hearted seat, relax the shoulders down your back. And free your mind of any worry or attachment let’s begin with a focused exhale. So as you take your next breath in, hold it and pause, I’d like you to attach to your breath. Anything you want to release or let go of and together.

Let’s exhale it out.

And now, as you begin a brand new clean slate, inhale, we are prepared for today’s affirmation. I am compassionate. And as you continue your natural rhythmic breath, you’ve just showed yourself your first and possibly greatest. Act of compassion. You let go.

How can we possibly treat those in our lives with compassion, kindness. And conscious care if we don’t first show that same honor to ourselves. So let’s inhale and breathe in an awareness that we deserve our own compassion,

and let’s be compassionate toward ourself by acts hailing out self criticism, self judgment. Guilt and self doubt. And now begin an equally long inhale to replace those old feelings with thoughts of wellbeing and feelings and awareness of your awesomeness. I am compassionate. I treat myself with forgiveness and conscientious self care so that I may move through the world with compassion as well, sharing what I have already curated within.

What if we could do the same honor to our truth? We neither force our will on the world nor do we stop and resist our willingness to enter the world.
