Now go ahead and think this thought.

And while you’re thinking this thought out loud, what’s the emotion that arises as a result of thinking this thought good

Now again, feel this emotion that’s arising experienced this emotion feel it in the here and now. And while you do so, notice the thought that follows as you feel into that emotion.

What thought arises as you feel into that emotion and go ahead and state that thought out loud. Good Good.

Now, think this thought as you’re thinking this thought notes what emotion arises within you, as you think this thought and go ahead and state that emotion out loud to yourself.

Good, you’re getting the hang of it. Just continue on like this.
As you feel that emotion, what thought follows directly as a result of feeling into that emotion?

Now, state that out loud to yourself.

Now, feel this emotion that’s arising while feeling this emotion, experiencing this emotion in the hearing now. Go ahead and state out loud to yourself. What’s the thought?

Very good. Now, think this thought.

Hear it in your mind as you think this thought, notice, what’s the emotion that follows the thinking of this thought and state that emotion
out loud to yourself.

Now, feel this emotion that’s arising while feeling this emotion, experiencing this emotion in the hearing now notice what’s the thought
that follows as a result of feeling To this emotion and go ahead and state that thought out loud to yourself.
